high (float): float: Highest point before trade
low (float): float: Lowest point before trade
Returns: tuple of extension levels

time (int): int: Current bar time
start (int): int: Start timestamp
end (int): int: End timestamp
Returns: bool: true if within Fbrange

buy (bool): bool: Buy signal condition
sell (bool): bool: Sell signal condition
Returns: string: "Buy", "Sell", or "None"
