when zone is green, you buy

when u see the number below the candle is increasing, it mean hold
when u see the number below the candle is decreasing. it mean end trade.

short when on the start of red zone

monitor the number below the candle

for buy trade, close the trade when the number start to decrease.
for short trade, close the trade when the number start increase.

when the number reach very high or low example >50 to 80 or <-50 to -80 there is a possibility of reversal.
