Simplified script code.

Added the HMA 9 for some small timeframe scalping, it reacts even quicker than the HMA 20.
Also changed the thickness for the HMA lines to #2

On request I have included the SMA 9 and 30, and HMA 12 and 30.

Updated to version 4 and simplified the script to make it easier on the eyes.

Added a background fill in the Bollinger Bands with 17% transparency.
Disabled the majority of indicators, to make the initial look better for the eyes.

You have to disable the Ichimoku background fill yourselves.
