This is hybrid of Super trend and RSI
the green and red zones are by the supertrend
so it seems the two indicator can compleemnt each other

fix some issue in the signal as the offset was on -1 which is not true
Need to say : the alert is based on ST
if you want it to be like the graph of RSI then you need to change the TSL to x in signals and compare it to oversold and overbought area
only then also the length will matter for the signal
you can add stoch ,DMI or other to this system and try to find best combo. also you can try to add MTF to see if it make it better
you can change the factor of 2 to higher to see how the results get
