Display up to 4 distance from EMA levels, by default it's based on the 5m timeframe.

Allow configuration of each individual level, by default Levels 1 and 2 will use the EMA based on the HIGH value and Levels 3 and 4 will use the EMA based on the LOW value.發行說明
