I have observed such a phenomenon: when the stock price crosses EMA50 from a low point, its potential energy usually supports the stock price to continue to move to the same distance as before the crossing. For example, when the stock price is below EMA50, the lowest point is 5, and when it crosses the EMA50 of the previous trading day (because the EMA50 of the current trading day is changing, in order to simplify the calculation, take the EMA50 of the previous trading day), the price is 10, then the stock price is likely to continue to rise to 15.
