(IK) Grid ScriptThis is my take on a grid trading strategy. From Investopedia:
"Grid trading is most commonly associated with the foreign exchange market. Overall the technique seeks to capitalize on normal price volatility in an asset by placing buy and sell orders at certain regular intervals above and below a predefined base price."
This strategy is best used on sideways markets, without a definitive up or down major trend. Because it doesn't rely on huge vertical movement, this strategy is great for small timeframes. It only goes long. I've set initial_capital to 100 USD. default_qty_value should be your initial capital divided by your amount of grid lines. I'm also assuming a 0.1% commission per trade.
Here's the basic algorithm:
- Create a grid based on an upper-bound (strong resistance) and a lower-bound (strong support)
- Grid lines are spaced evenly between these two bounds. (I recommend anywhere between 5-10 grid lines, but this script lets you use up to 15. More gridlines = more/smaller trades)
- Identify nearest gridline above and below current price (ignoring the very closest grid line)
- If price crosses under a near gridline, buy and recalculate near gridlines
- If price crosses over a near gridline, sell and recalculate near gridlines
- Trades are entered and exited based on a FIFO system. So if price falls 3 grid lines (buy-1, buy-2, buy-3), and subsequently crosses above one grid line, only the first trade will exit (sell-1). If it falls again, it will enter a new trade (buy-4), and if it crosses above again it will sell the original second trade (sell-2). The amount of trades you can be in at once are based on the amount of grid lines you have.
This strategy has no built-in stop loss! This is not a 'set-it-and-forget-it" script. Make sure that price remains within the bounds of your grid. If prices exits above the grid, you're in the money, but you won't be making any more trades. If price exits below the grid, you're 100% staked in whatever you happen to be trading.
This script is more complicated than my last one, but should be more user friendly. Make sure to correctly set your lower-bound and upper-bound based on strong support and resistance (the default values for these are probably going to be meaningless). If you change your "Grid Quantity" (amount of grid lines) make sure to also change your 'Order Size' property under settings for proper test results (or default_qty_value in the strategy() declaration).

Support Resistance ChannelsHello All,
For Long time I was planning to make Support/Resistance Channels script, finally I had time and here it is.
How this script works?
- it finds and keeps Pivot Points
- when it found a new Pivot Point it clears older S/R channels then;
- for each pivot point it searches all pivot points in its own channel with dynamic width
- while creating the S/R channel it calculates its strength
- then sorts all S/R channels by strength
- it shows the strongest S/R channels, before doing this it checks old location in the list and adjust them for better visibility
- if any S/R channel was broken on last move then it gives alert and put shape below/above the candle
- The colors of the S/R channels are adjusted automatically
You can set/change following settings:
- Pivot Period
- Source : High/Low or Close/Open can be used
- Maximum Channel Width %: this is the maximum channel width rate, this is calculated using Highest/Lowest levels in last 300 bars
- Number of S/R to show : this is the number of Strongest S/R to show
- Loopback Period: While calculating S/R levels it checks Pivot Points in LoopBack Period
- Show S/R on last # Bars: To see S/R levels only on last N bars
- Start Date: the script starts calculating Pivot Point from this date, the reason I put this option is for visuality. Explained below
- You can set colors/transparency
- and You can enable/disable shapes for broken S/R levels
Examples:
You can change colors as you wish:
here " Show S/R on last # Bars " set 100:
Sometimes visuality may corrupt because of old S/R levels, to solve it you need to set "Start Date" in the options to start the script in visual part (last 292 bars)
here in first screenshot it doesn't look good (shrink), then on second screenshot I set the "Start Date" it looks better, if you change time frame don't forget to set it again :)
Enjoy!
25 Percent LevelsThis script materialises an observation from one of my mentors whereby if you take an all-time high and all-time low and mark off the 25th, 50th and 75th percentile levels you will see some levels of supply and demand being respected.
Lower Time Frame ScalperThis indicator is meant to identify lower timeframe momentum shifts in Forex pairs by using simple moving averages and the Kijun Sen indicator around key psychological levels.
Alert functionality for buy and sell conditions have also been built in to allow the trader time away from charts.
Auto Fib Channels by DGTThe Fibonacci Channel is a technical analysis tool that is used to estimate support and resistance levels based on the Fibonacci numbers. It is a variation of the Fibonacci retracement tool, except with the channel the lines run diagonally rather than horizontally.
This study will automatically place the channels where the levels indicate future areas of support and resistance
For further details please refer to education post
Nobody appears to know whether Fibonacci tools work because markets exhibit some form of natural pattern or because many investors use Fibonacci ratios to predict price movements, making them a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Auto Fib Speed Resistance Fans by DGTFibonacci Speed and Resistance Fan is an analytical drawing tool used to indicate the support and resistance levels of an existing trend and the price level at which possible changes in the trend may occur.
A Fibonacci Speed Resistance Fan consists of a trend line drawn between two extreme points - a trough and opposing peak or a peak and opposing trough - on which a set of sequential speed resistance lines are drawn above (which represents time) and below (which represents price). These lines are drawn based on time/price percentages of the distance between the beginning and the end of the trend line.
Speed resistance lines not only help to measure trend corrections but also measure the speed of a trend (the rate at which a trendline ascends or descends)
Traders can use the lines of the Fibonacci Speed and Resistance Fan to predict key points of resistance or support, at which they might expect price trends to reverse. Once a trader identifies patterns within a chart, they can use those patterns to predict future price movements and future levels of support and resistance. Traders use the predictions to time their trades. Key support and resistance levels tend to occur frequently at the 61.8-percent level on both uptrends and downtrends.

NSDT Pivot Points PlusThis script uses the Traditional Pivot Points but includes the price levels and the 50% line between levels. We added the ability to change the line color of the major levels and the minor levels independently, for better clarity. Added alerts - used code from QuantNomad.
Pivot Points description from TradingView default indicator:
Pivot Point analysis is a technique of determining key levels that price may react to. Pivot points tend to function as support or resistance and can be turning points. This technique is commonly used by day traders, though the concepts are valid on various timeframes. There are several methods of identifying the exact points. Common types of pivot points are Traditional, Fibonacci, Woodie, Classic, Camarilla and DM and each type has its own calculation method.
Most use a variation of significant prices such as established highs, lows, opening and closing prices and then apply a calculation to determine these points. They all calculate additional support and resistance levels alongside the pivot points. They can be used to determine when to enter or exit trades or to determine the range of a market. Conservative traders look for additional confirmation before entering a trade. Whether pivot points are used alone or in combination with other techniques, they are a useful tool in a technical trader's toolbox.

Example - MA-Cross Retracement DetectionThe retracement tracker function(s) in this script outline how to:
Track conditions using "toggle" booleans.
Use multiple coinciding conditions to trigger an event just once.
What is a retracement?
"Retracements are temporary price reversals that take place within a
larger trend. The key here is that these price reversals are temporary
and do not indicate a change in the larger trend."

Auto Pitchfork, Fib Retracement and Zig Zag by DGTPitchfork is a technical indicator for a quick and easy way for traders to identify possible levels of support and resistance of an asset's price. It is presents and based on the idea that the market is geometric and cyclical in nature
Developed by Alan Andrews, so sometimes called Andrews’ Pitchfork
It is created by placing three points at the end of previous trends
Schiff and Modified Pitchfork is a technical analysis tool derived from Andrews' Pitchfork
In general, traders will purchase the asset when the price falls near the support of either the center trendline or the lowest trendline. Conversely, they'll sell the asset when it approaches the resistance of either the center line or the highest trendline.
█ Study OPTIONS
Auto Pitchfork , the main aim of the study
Pivots threshold can be customized by “Deviation” and “Depth” input options
Pitchfork Type selection, available options Andrews' Pitchfork (Original), Schiff and Modified Pitchfork
Ability to set ALERTs for the Pitchfork Levels
Ability to add customized levels (all level lines customizable)
Auto Fib Retracement – This is the build-in study of TradingView, slight changes applied to fit with Auto Pitchfork
Zig Zag – Derived from build-in Auto Fib Retracement with some customization options.
█ Usage Tips :
Andrews' Pitchfork (Original) best fit in a Strong Trending Market
Schiff and Modified Pitchfork better with Correcting or Sideways Market. Modified Pitchfork is almost identical to a Parallel Chanel

NSDT Pivot ZonesThis is a new take on Traditional Pivot Points. By modifying the calculations, we were able to create "pivot zones" with a decent degree of accuracy.
VWAP Alerts V3VWAP Alerts signal over bought/over sold conditions, relative to volume weighted average price, while deviation bands plot an extremely accurate point of mean reversion.
VWAP Alerts V3 includes multiple timeframe selection, along with multiplier input for deviation band setting
Alerts can be set for each individual band, for extreme oversold/overbought conditions, use "Vwap Low Deviation 4" and "Vwap High Deviation 4".
Alerts can also be set for VWAP bounces, by simply setting "VWAP Alert"
Parallel Pivot Lines [LuxAlgo]Displays lines connecting past pivot high/low points with each line having the slope of a linear regression. This slope can also be controlled by the user with the 'Slope' setting. Each line can be used as a support or resistance by the user.
Settings
Length : Pivot length. Use higher values for having lines connected to more significant pivots points.
Lookback : Number of lines connecting a pivot high/low to display, with a total of lines equal to Lookback*2
Slope : Allows the user to multiply the linear regression slope by a number within -1 and 1
Limitations
The script has currently several real time behavior limitations. Lines are displayed retrospectively and will not update with the arrival of new bars. Readjusting the indicator to newer pivots will require the user to either hide/unhide the indicator or change its settings.
High Length or Lookback values might not return any lines if the location of a pivot point is outside the defined buffer size of the indicator (set as 5000 bars).
How To Use
The indicator can be used to get supports and resistances and is more so closer to a drawing tool due to its limitations. The lines not updating with the arrival of new bars have the advantage of providing fixed supports/resistances.
The Slope setting allows the user to control the angle and direction of the lines. Using a Slope of 1 will return lines with the same slope as the one of a linear regression fit from the farthest pivot point displayed by the indicator to the most recent bar.
The chart above shows the indicators and a linear regression in orange.
If you want to have horizontal lines, use a Slope equal to 0.
Finally using a negative slope value will allow the user to have lines in opposite directions to the main trend.
Conclusion
We hope you like this indicator (drawing tool) and find it useful for drawing your support & resistances in a unique way!
High_Low level plots for yesterday, pre market , regular, and AHthis study will plot yesterdays, high and low price, pre market's high and low price, regular day's high and low price and post markets high and low price.
Box Range AlertSimple Script for getting alerts on the crossing of Upper & Lower levels either way.

PRIME - ShadoW ZoneZ with RSI LevelsIn This experimental study, we've taken RSI data, Volume Profile, and Trend analysis, combining them into one unique package that will allow a trader to analyze market trend lines and their proposed channels, trend momentum through candle color augmentation similar to "Pulse", and Visible Volume index price levels on chart for the current sequence. Below are explanations of each function within the system.
The Semafor is used to spot future multi-level Supports and Resistance zones.
It is also useful to spot HL or LL or HH or LH zones at different Depth settings.
The red zones are the extreme places where the market has a higher chance of reversing while the green zones have the lowest setting with lower chances of the market reversal
Automatic Trend Lines
The indicator takes in 2 timeframes to detect High and Low values from which to draw the trend lines of each timeframe.
As the values change with price movement, the lines are updated. They are color coded for uptrend and downtrend based on the direction of each individual line. Trend lines can be set up to color with only the default value on the configurations panel.
- Toggle on/off Color Coded
- Change Default, Uptrend, Downtrend color
- Change Line Width
- Change Line Style
- Toggle on/off Line Extensions
- Change Extended Line Width
- Change Extended Line Style
- Toggle On/Off labels for 7 data points of each timeframe
Automatic Trend Sights
This is a neat feature that may help you get a better feel for the direction the current movement is heading towards in correlation with the short or medium length timeframe trends. The sight draws a line from the middle vertical point of the trend coordinates towards the current price. They are toggled off by default but can be enabled in the configurations panel.
- Toggle on/off sight on each timeframe
- Change Width
- Change Line Style
Support & Resistance Levels, the main aim of the study. Level calculations are based on Relative Strength Index ( RSI ) threshold levels of oversold/overbought and bull/bear zones, where all threshold values are customizable through the user dialog box. Background of the levels can be colored optionally.
RSI Weighted Colored Bars and/or Mark Overbought/Oversold Bars , Bar colors can be painted to better emphasis RSI values. Darker colors when the oscillator is in oversold/overbought zones, light colors when oscillator readings are below/above the bull/bear zone respectively, and remain unchanged otherwise. Besides the colors, with “Display RSI Overbought/Oversold Price Bars” option little triangle shapes can be plotted on top or bottom of the bars when RSI is in oversold/overbought zones .
