Trends & Ranges uses EMA ATR bands as a SuperTrend indicator.
How to use:
This indicator can be used to give you a direction bias, with the added function to create ranges which often lead to reversals or flat trading periods. Trade the break-out or wait for pull backs in the direction of the trend.
I'm not great at explaining stuff and will probably make...
A simple script that places a bar at the bottom of the chart to indicate the direction of Heiken-Ashi candles - while still using traditional candles on the main chart. Try setting the bar on a higher timeframe to see the overall direction of the trend, while using traditional candles for entries/exits.
The strategy checks nature of the instruments. It Buys if the close is greater than yesterday's high, reverse the position if the close is lower than yesterday's low and repeat the process.
1. If it is trend following then the equity curve will be in uptrend
2. If it is mean reverting then the equity curve will be downtrend

Firstly, 100% of the credit goes to Greg Morris @ Stockcharts.com for the article detailing the concept and most of the settings/components. I've simply implemented his idea. I haven't sought permission from him, but given that he was open with the components of the indicator I'm assuming he's happy for me to go ahead and code this in pinescript. See the article...
The Volume Oximeter (VOXI) is a technical indicator that gauges the amount of volume currently present in the market, relative to the historical volume that was present before. The purpose of this indicator is to filter out with-trend signals during ranging/non-trending conditions.
This indicator assumes that trends are more likely to start...
Simple Pivot Reversal Strategy with some adding settings.
Date Range: To test over specific market conditions.
Initial Capitol: $10K - This is a more realistic representation of funds used this strategy (for me anyway). The default of $100K can give different results (usually better) than when using a smaller balance.
Order Size: 100% Equity - These trend...
Played around with Lazy Bear's VMA and Gunazzi's SuperTrend Cloud .
It plots an uptrend if the low of a candle gets above the recent downtrend and plots a downtrend if the high of a candle gets below the recent uptrend, you have to wait for the candle to close to confirm the actual trend change.
I use it to give me a direction for longs or shorts, not as a...
The Demand Oscillator was created by James Sibbet (Stocks & Commodities June, 1986) and I changed his formula quite a bit to what you see on here. If it rises above the signal then buy or if not then sell. This is my custom version of his formula so let me know what you think.

This is a trend indicator at its core so combine with rsi or a moving average of your choice to see which direction the stock is trending in.
Only enter a position (long or short) when signal to noise ratio is above the signal line
This is one of my first indicators posted on here so be sure to leave me feedback
This script identifies potential price reversals at pivot high/low points using sets of 3 candles.
Pivot High: The middle candle must have a higher high and a higher low than the two outer candles.
Pivot Low: The middle candle must have a lower low and a lower high than the two outer candles.
Potential usage: When a market is moving higher in an uptrend, if a...
This is another version of the RSI over EMA Trend Sniper script that I released here:
This one gives you better control across pairs wither higher volatility with the extra lines and more alert possibilities.
Here are the useful Alert functions within this indicator:
-Aqua line (RSI Line) - Crossing UP (Long Alert) on the Lower Green line
The Natural Moving Average was created by Jim Sloman (Ocean Theory pgs 63-70) and this is the one of the best moving averages you will find! This is one of the most adaptive moving averages that I have ever seen that accounts for all types of volatility. I have included a default value of 40 for the length so you can see just how close this moving average sticks...
This is my first custom indicator that I created as a medium to long term trend indicator. Buy if it is above 0 and sell if it is below 0.
Since this is my first unique indicator, I would love to hear your feedback! Please let me know if you would like to see any other scripts!
