ADA - Buying level, Compare with BTC

BTC price decreased about 35% in the 36 days (May 12 - Jun 18), while ADA price didn't change significantly and increased a bit.
Also, the $0.4 resistance works well on ADA and can push the price.
It seems to be a perfect opportunity to buy ADA.
When the market goes bullish, ADA could rise more than BTC and other altcoins.
