I think we should be seeing AMD restest breakout point for 3v.
3v was confirmed when there was a breakout at the highest peak also it reached the target price exceed it by a little bit then dropped. Price will most likely return to 95 2 out of three times when a throwback happens price returns to the breakout point. We can also see that the breakout price on the Fib was .786 which is an important number for buyers to re-enter and push the stock up. 87% of the time 3v continues going upward after price hits breakout point.
