Alibaba - is a holding company who provide technological infrastructure and marketing reach to help brands and other businesses to take use of new technology's power in order to engage with users and customers to operate.
Alibaba is particularly interesting - fundamentally speaking - when we look at the macroeconomic perspective with the new trade agreement among the asian nations, south east asia and New Zealand. The new trade agreement includes 20% of the global trade of goods and services making af favorably market for the Chinese tech giants, including Alibaba.
I don't believe that the western world quite comprehends the value of Chinese large cap companies and their fair value is therefore not incorporated in the stock prices - making Chinese large cap companies like Alibaba, a very interesting investment case.
Looking at the stock technically we see a valley taking forma at the moment - which I have market with a circle. I have also marked a former valley with a circle because it may be a replica, which would mean a very fast up-trend for the next month or so. This is the same signal we get from both the RSI and the MACD indicator sowing momentum, just now to creating a fast up-trend.
