Billabong for the comeback

Congrats to Billabong for the merger. (Not so sure the head people are so happy though)
Thanks to the merger, the come back of the Bill-a-bong is surely to come.
I wonder if the company will now change their name to Quik-Bong or something. ( Would be funny)
With the buyout and hopefully a re-branding (doubt that will happen), the company will surely make a comeback.
I'm now curious if the company would be privately held after the buyout. (To all the investors out there. leave me a comment on what ends up happening. Thanks.)
