Is the wait over after more than 3 years? BTC.D% at resistance?

Well,I now personally many old traders have waited for btc dominance to reach 60+% .That is when we start scaling into alt-coins which have potential ,especially like Sui and many AI driven coins. Perhaps we can start scaling .Alt-coins have been crushed by btc surge but their time is around the corner .My personal idea is btc would hit 88 to 90K with btc dominance about 65% .Then money will start flowing to lower caps.We can start scaling into alts from now on and hence increase as btc dominance increases from now with my 60% allocation at 65% of btc dominance .
What do you guys think?
