Above the 4H 200ema, Price is technically bullish. Currently price is forming a bull pennant. The measured move of the bull pennant is 20k or the 1.618 fib of the impulse.
The CCI is in an uptrend.
I believe that price can reach 21k or the 1.618 fib of the diamond reversal and 3.618 fib of the impulse which are confluent.
