I am looking at newbees, they are desperately trying to enter the market. Let the market decide where it want to go. H4 states strong bearish trend is coming, but the market seems to be strongly bullish in lower time frames i.e M30, M15 etc due strong supply zone. Wait for the market to break either upwards or downwards to make your decision.
