I love the Gann Fan. I wish more people took time to understand what a genius tool it is.
Why does everyone want to short when the price is going up? Well, let’s get to it.
By identifying the 8458 point which was hit on Jan 7th, I was able to calculate the previous support level 7242 by diving 8458 by 1.168.
By using the pivot low of 6850 and multiplying it by 1.168, I was able to find the next s/r level of 8000.
Next, by using 8000, and multiplying it by 1.168, I am able to find a future support / resistance level of 9344.
Next by using the current support level of 8458, and multiplying it by 1.168, I am able to find a future support / resistance level of 9878.
I use 1.168 because I love it.
One thing about the Gann fan that you must understand is that as the price moves to the right of it, it moves SLOWER PER UNIT OF TIME. The price is not moving as quickly as it once was because it had moved more to the right of the fan. However, for as long as the price is above the blue 1/1 it is bullish for me.
Until the support of 8458 is broken, expect 9344, and 9878 after that.
Summary:
Support: 8458
Resistance: 9344, 9878
P.S: there should be a minor lower t.f correction around 14:00-15:00 UTC that will last until around the daily open, so you can probably wait for a better entry. People, please don’t over leverage your balls. Losing balls is not fun or cool.
