They need very very large buy volume to get out.
So my guess is that we go up.
Institution will spread so much fud about btc going down so that you sell all your btc and then they can buy all your btc and take btc to moon.
When btc starts pumping like hell, retailers come in to buy btc, thats where institutions will sell all their btc.
So i am acumulating btc now....fuck whatever happens.... Institutions still havent sold, they can't sell all their btc in current situation where there is no buy volume. So they have to pump btc to fomo retailers in.
