Positive:
* German bank Bitwala announced the launch of a crypto-currency card
* Japan will create a regulatory environment for conducting ICO 0.00%
* Change of ownership, saved Poloniex crypto-instrument against SEC

Conclusion:
* There is a consolidation. The market as a whole is hungry for growth, but so far there is no flow of positive news and the arrival of new participants.
