I think this analogy is possible to occur, but there is also some crucial resistances on the chart as well (10000, 20000) and many small obstacles on the way (price manipulators).
June/July 2019 first chance for new ATH if not December 2019/January 2020 (with lows on stocks market).
If all this is fake pump&dump however, Bitcoin should make his new low under 3000 together with the stock markets in January 2020. Very dangerous play in the comming months for bulls and for bears.
