I posted a chart saying go long on btc and we have had another leg up. I did think we would start to get a sell off in market cap an that has not occurred. Last two run up all time highs of btc was the alts starting to sell off btc dominance running up then one btc started to sell off the whole market cap started to sell off. I thought after yesterday we would start to see a sell off which did not happen. We actually have added 10 billion to market cap in a day and a half and btc is holding its highs. We did have like a 6-8% pullback on btc the alts started to bounce and now the bigger names are pushing up as well catching up with btc. now it is only a very small amount select few coins that are starting to gain traction. But eventually the market did have to start weeing out the scams an it looks like that is starting to happen. There are a few other coins that maybe good buys on a decent pullback including ltc, eth, xmr, dash, xrp, bch,omg, neo. Basically only coins in the top 20 an ones that have long term sustainability an ones that have proven products. not great ideas that have a website an wallet only. The new investors are looking for proven coins. Old alts that pumped crazy are dead. Coins that aren't updating an improving there products are dead. But btc here looks like were gonna push up again so look for a break out of this flag or wedge pattern. After that you really nee to see not only how quickly btc pulls back or sells off as well as what other big coins and total market cap does. If we see a major pullback in market cap I would say my previous idea of longer term pullback is valid but at this moment I would say were looking very healthy with btc looking a little heavy in market cap.

I recently became a full time trader in crypto and don't have much in network or social exposure to not only talk with on a day to day basis but also to help teach each other.
I didn't really expect to be a full time trader at this point but in my opinion and my situation it was now or never.
Recently lost my job and was trading crypto very seriously since April. I spent approx. 40-80 hours a week learning, reading and analyzing charts.
I wanted to have a larger account and be more financially stable before taking this kind of pressure on but i also know that sometimes you got to just go for it!
I had two choices to either continue to look for a new job and eventually get one and go back to part time trading which is much harder because when your not available
you miss a lot of what is going on as well as you tend to chase or get emotionally upset because your right but because of timing your wrong.
So i took the step and am fully committed to trading full time.
I also wanna find another market to trade because in the long run this market wont always be this good and if I'm doing this for income I always have to be a step ahead.
A few things I've learned about trading so far.
Timing is far more important than being right.
Good entries and exits can be far more profitable than just being on the right side of a trade.
your opinion doesn't matter but you also have to use common sense when it comes to making decisions.
Majority of times you have to go against what everyone else is doing and everywhere you look for help is gonna say your wrong.
A plan is far more important than making money.
A strategy is very important!

Even simple feed back on charts helps me and lets me know there are people out there like me.
