2023/7: Surfing BTC - Exit (Short) before MACD turns down

Technicals:
1. Long and short EMA are below zero
2. MACD just in the trajectory of turning negative

Analysis:
1. Following on last BTC idea, I had exited my position last Friday COB New York time
2. Over weekend, MACD is now printing a traditionally dangerous position where a sudden drop may occur
3. I am not taking this trade but just putting it out
4. May or may not update

Fundamentals:
1. Binance and CZ sued by SEC (CZ tweets hasn't received notice yet)

Analysis:
1. Price action falling precipitously as expected
2. Will update when the wave ends but it is looking to be quite serious

Technicals:
1. MACD printed a daily positive in a whiplash price action (groan!)
2. Longer term fractals and seasonality still point to muddling and slowly falling price until Dec 2023

Fundamentals:
1. Confirmation of lawsuit against Binance and Coinbase was actually positive for the crypto industry
2. It is important to gather this point on regulatory clarity

Analysis:
1. Longer term fractals are still weak till Dec 2023 so I can only look for shorts
2. I will leave this idea as it is here
