CORRECTION: The WHITE Moving Average (MA) is the 200-Day MA "NOT" the 100-Day. I'm keeping this publication labeled "Neutral" rather than "Long" or "Short." Most of you know I'm "LONG" for the long term to April, 2020 and I'm "Short" for the near term.
