With Bakkt effect btc rose to a certain level. Due to low volume in bakkt, it was not desired, disliked and caused panic.
RSI(14) is now at 21 ,probably will drop to 11-15 level for that reason, BTC can travel from 7400 to 8300 for a while. At the end of this time the bottom level will might drop to 6400.
