On June 17th, the encrypted payment company Wyre tweeted that the company is gradually closing down. Due to market conditions, we have taken this decision to protect the best interests of our key stakeholders and customers. This decision was not due to any direction from any regulatory agency. If users have assets on the Wyre platform, they can withdraw the relevant assets on July 14, after which there will be a separate process to restore the remaining assets on the platform.
In previous news, encrypted payment company Wyre announced in January that it had obtained emergency financing to allow it to continue normal operations.
