As you can see here, on h1 timeframe (and for some indicators, in h4 too), some bullish divergences started to appears.
Adx and DI show that the bears are getting weak, but bulls at the moment are still shy to take the control of the game.
Fisher is watching for the upside: a cross of the blue line will be bullish and will be a signal that the bulls are in the game.
So at the moment i am more for uptrend then downtrend. It's possible a wick in 9800 area to catch more liquidity, but i think that now it's time to grow.
If the next h4 candle close will be above 10150, i think we will see bulls in action!
