Previous past pattern which I placed on the chart 2- 3 days ago indicates the future possible trend from this positive news, it surely isn't negative.
But be ready for any future tweets by the BTC controller that send BTC back down, maybe the progress isn't fast enough or they have only reached 49.9% improvement who knows what side of the bed he's going to get out of.
