This is based on Elliott's Wave Principle.
1. The first wave of increasing had completed between 3,800 - 13,800.
2. Now we are facing on the second wave of decreasing.
BTC can be falling down 7,300 - 7,500 area which is 0.618 of the first wave.
3. The third wave of increasing will go to 19830 area, the price is exactly same with before the highest price.
4. The fourth wave of decreasing can go to 16,800 or 15,200 area which is 0.236 or 0.382 of the third wave.
For the next step to go up quickly 16,800 is the best adjustment.
5. Finally the fifth wave will be completed on 38,000, possibly pump to 50,000.
I guess it can be happened before Bitcoin Block Reward Halving.
