As BTC declines through smart money sells and buys. remember; it’s to allow short term traders to sell plus the new buyers to buy then sell for a loss. Many traders work this way. For that reason BTC was manipulated. Went from -0.40% to +0.30%; this was to make new traders buy. Then the dip below -0.50%; this was to make the new buyers sell for losses as well as the short term traders to exit. It’s an idea on how things work. Then comes the rise

BTC is within the bearish order block, but not to worry, pivot calculations will bring it to an end. Expect some delays and small corrections. Calculation pivots from my later charts says it different.
