Typically HH pattern. Observe the candles and according to volume, this way it is easy to predict the next move.
The pin bar 3 days ago was a sign of a sell at a resistance level, which was unknown till now. The volume was high, bigger even 2 times more than the previous buy, but it didn't drop us off a lot. The next candle is green with only half the volume and the last one is showing wick to the lover side.
My view is, we could be over with the pullback at the moment everything points so.
