Volume telling the story here

Early on this monday we are seeing the bulls decisively in control. The volume is saying we are apt for a breakout here above the 50EMA level. With 3 hours 22 minutes left in this 4 hour candle and already a very decisive volume building occurring I see grounds for higher prices. Is the bottom in? Not sure but for right now the markets are telling us the bulls are in control.
