Bitcoin back to $75,000 from here?

Seems like that guy Michael Saylor, the CEO of Strategy just wasted hundreds of millions of dollars by buying $1.99 billion worth of Bitcoin at an average price of $97,514 per bitcoin, right before the drop down below $80k to probable $75k area.
Rushing to buy at highs like that instead of being smart about it and loading much more at the dips is hard to understand.
