Bitcoin- Can it rise to 60k again?

After a steep correction, Bitcoin has created a strong base in 44k zone.
Now the price is consolidating around 48k
I expect a new leg up and once 50k is cleared, bulls will attack 60k in my opinion.
Bitcoin under 43k would negate this scenario
