The Technicals are clearly telling us something which cannot be ignored
Price is RISING whilst Momentum & Volume is FALLING
The market has hardly gone up in spite of the CME News from $6100 to $6600.
We also have Segwit2X with is still over 2 weeks away...
We have Time and Price coming together on 1st November to 7th November
