I think Bitcoin is still in the bear market. It feels very illiquid. It wasn't able to break the triangle resistance at 10k and I would be surprised that it can do it in the nearest future.
By the nature Bitcoin is very speculative asset, and speculative assets create bubbles. I think creating another bubble from 5K level is highly unlikely. It's just to prices for hedge funds and other money makers to buy it for long term.
