What's on the bitcoin chart now?
Globally the price is still in consolidation, 70 days bitcoin has been trading in $30,000k - $40,000k range. Yesterday the price came up to the important key level of $34,700, started to squeeze, followed by a breakout and a sharp rise of 16%, just to the top level of that range. The price then rebounded and is now trading at $37,700.
When to buy bitcoin and what to do?
Scenario 1 - the price quickly updates the highs and makes a false breakout, we will see increased volumes at the top, this will be a signal that someone sells and bitcoin will go down.
Scenario 2 - price gradually starts to move towards the upper boundary, which will be a signal that bitcoin is going to break this boundary and go higher.
