BTC - Measured Move to 15k

Looks like BTC is making measured move after establishing a low at 6k. With a recent high of 11786, the market is correcting, which is normal to expect after such a big move up. The price has dropped down to. 038 fib level of the recent run from 6k low to 11.7k highs. A measured move of this recent upswing shows a target of 15k.
The indicators , CCI , STOCH RSI, and MACD are all in the oversold zone and pointing to a bullish move.

The price has to move and close above 11067 which is .236 fib. to confirm that we are moving up.

The price remained well supported in the 9200-9700 range. We just need a break of the bear trend line (green) and a close above ~11k for confirmation of uptrend.
