BTCUSDT - Short or Long ?

Dear Traders,

the market is a bit confusing for the last few days.

1. BTC showed strength on daily supports, but for me breaking 23750 local support is very important
2.1. if BTC can close daily candle or three 4 Hrs candle above that level (23750) then we will go toward 25000 and expect some retest there then to 28000.
2.2. BTC to cross EMA 200.

I am still not very bullish on BTC and expect some retest toward 21-22K.
