20-25% gain before deciding which way to break the pennant

RSI suggest that we will have another wave within the pennant with a price target of 8500, after we've hit the current target of ~6900. (Roughly a 25% gain)
Once we hit the top of the pennant again, we'll have to check with the RSI again to se whether it's possible to break out to the upside (probably not).
Mind you volume is still oddly low.
