CannTrust Holdings Inc. will follow its expansion plan for Q1/2019 -> Phase II: Increase of the capacity up to 50.000kg per annum
Construction on the last section is expected to be completed by January 2019. (approval is already available)
Phase III: Construction of a 3250 square meter greenhouse (approval is already available)
CannTrust has not yet received all necessary approvals to proceed with Phase III expansion. However, the company is in ongoing discussions with the municipality to obtain the necessary permits and is currently exploring various alternatives to meet its capacity goals.
Given the high demand for the company's medicinal and beverage products, CannTrust had already considered numerous alternatives before the adoption of this statute to expand its capacity beyond Phase III expansion.
"In parallel with the talks with the community, we are actively driving the steps towards our first harvest in the fall of 2019 and to reach 100,000 kg by the end of 2019." -> If it occurs -> Increase of the profit!!!
