Casper looks to be bottoming.

The pattern looks like a good spot to start a long position, or D.C.A. on an existing one. Although, I think we will see it go down and bounce off the bottom white trend-line around $.03 before it breaks out of the wedge.

Exactly like I predicted. If Casper can break the upper wedge trend line... then lookout, cause it's going to get interesting!
