After stepping in 3 times this week, there will be a higher chance that the US Government will step in again in the Market. During this weekend, they will have more time to think and come up with solutions for the economy.
There are possibilities that they are testing how the market reacts in certain moves.
3 things that they did:
+ Cuts interest rates
+ Pumping cash into market
+ Travel ban
They tried all of them, but investors recognized them as selling signal ( which is reasonable since the problem is a pandemic and fear).
However, the market are reaching closer to the bottom that people want. Panic selling right now is not an option anymore, it's too late.
Oversold will occur, but for safety reason, please wait after this week for further information.
Also, time to realize shorting positions or reduce them.
