My quick DOGEUSDT prediction

Based on my own (quick) technical analysis I believe that DOGE's price will go up and the reasons/signals are as I've marked them on the chart.

1. Golden cross as marked on main chart with red color. (Dotted lines are resistance levels, where it will probably struggle, then it will probably move above that dotted lines OR back down)

2. MACD Histogram - Divergence

3. Stochastic RSI - K line crossing D line (basically stochastic rsi golden cross)

That's it, we'll see what happens next.
Everything written here is my personal opinion, don't take my words as 100% as I'm only a beginner trying to learn something.
