DOT/USD - Approaching ATH, will we break out again to $25?

DOT is approaching ATH level again and question is if we will be rejected here again or not?

The indicators look very bullish, however, volume is declining... this gives a mixed message.

Therefore, at this level it is best to wait and see what happens to the price, if we pass ATH and we have good volume, then up we will go to find a new top, maybe around $25.

Tomorrow we should have a clear reaction in price, lets be patient.
