DPW Wyckoff Phase C

DPW is about to explode with a possible gap fill at 15-23. It needs to break out of the Wyckoff Accumulation trading range and so above the 200DMA
The RSI is almost ready and entering oversold conditions. STO is primed as well for an uptick.
