Pharmaceuticals (DRG) predictable periodicity

The pharmaceuticals index has predictable half cycle periodicity, about 13 weeks. I will be looking to buy some pharmas somewhere near early November, since December is a slam dunk for pharmaceuticals with higher highs 79% of the time (20 year seasonality).
