Hey all traders! Like I see we will be within few days in decision point. So what is going to be happen (in my point of view)..
We have 3 possible scenarios:
a: we will be hopping between these 2 ranges (100,8 - 105,8) for a while (big players decision time)
b: we will brake the resistance block at 105,2-105,8 and move forward to the next one at 110-111 (keep in mind that there is MA200 and its acting as a strong resistance as well)
or
c: we will be heading back to 100,8-101,5 and maybe brake it downwards (we already had 2 rejections from this support block)
So this is only my opinion what is going to be happen in the near future:
We will revisit the upper block at 105,2-105,8 and have a rejection from this, because there is MA200 and price is under it and in weekly tf at the same place there is MA50 and both of them are acting as a resistance. In daily and weekly both at the same place - STRONG
If you imagine the near future (June - August) there will be some FED rate hikes and maybe some more in autumn as well.. So in my head this will all play together.
Why is DXY temporarily going up? - because someone said that we have a rate skip in June.
So im looking for sells only from this point!
