What's next on DXY.
As we can see price broke below our major swing low, and bears took over for a new bearish trend, then price is trading inside this falling channel.
Meanwhile, as the price is trading lower and approaching our lower bound of this channel, which can be acting as an over-sold zone lining up with a strong support zone, then we will be looking for new bullish correction movement.
Unless price managed to be trading higher again, then we will be looking for new shorts around our falling trendline, lining up with our resistance zone, where we will be looking for new bearish movements as a trend-following one.
And as usual follow your trading plan and manage your risk.
