Some bad news tor the crypto industry appeared this week.
- The European Central Bank plans to eliminate Bitcoin and they usually do not joke around
- Jerome Powell's anticipated rate cuts led to an increase in interest rates not the opposite
- The DXY is climbing to new highs which is (usually) bearish for crypto
- This all is pointing to the downside for BTC and for sure for any Altcoin like DYDX USDT

As we anticipated another drop is coming for DYDX, confirmed by falling below the $1 mark. We should not buy into the falling knife and stay on the side lines until the bloodbath is over.

After the Trump Pump in November, some altcoins like DYDX have lost more than 80%. DYDX also has reached our final target of $0.5 and it is now time to start accumulating. I expect up to four months sideways price action before we can take off to new heights in early summer. As always: This is not financial advise – stay nimble and manage your risk.

The charts look like they enter / continue the bear market. Both Altcoins and BTC lack serious open interest to move higher atm. Unfortunately. I will wait until I see a better global outlook and higher highs on the price charts to consider investing again. Trade closed.
