Ebay: Almost there!

Ebay’s shares have made impressive strides since our last update, hitting a new local high not seen in over two years. We anticipate further upside potential as wave (5) in magenta continues and expect it to arrive in our green Target Zone between $63.90 and $71.50. Once this peak has been reached, we expect a strong sell-off. Thus, our Target Zone presents an opportunity to realize the profits of existing long positions. It also serves as a potential entry point for short trades, with a possible stop loss placed 1% above the Zone’s upper boundary.
