ETC has a few things about it that look attractive technically. The Weekly MACD is about to cross and the RSI looks like a scalloping bottom. The price has formed a wedge and when you look at all those things together plus a bullish looking ETH it looks like you want to be long both ETH and ETC vs BTC. Also there are some signs ETCETH might be bottoming but I think its better to play both ETHBTC and ETCBTC LONG rather than ETCETH LONG but that wouldn't surprise me. Technically I'm giving this call early, I always do, it always bites me in the butt at first but it generally works out. If you want to be smarter than me, wait til the MACD has crossed officially or price officially closes over the price downtrend. Good luck.
